Increasing Online Sales for Lit Method

Lit Method is a rower equipment exercise startup brand.

THE GOAL

Lit Method wanted to increase online sales for its high-end exercise product. Competitors in a crowded marketplace were offering similar products at half the cost. Home equipment sales were declining as gyms were opening back up after pandemic-related closures.

THE PROCESS
  • With most of the previous buys targeted fitness-related audiences, Operam experimented with opportunity audiences such as physical therapy.
  • By reviewing the sales data, Operam noticed the average user converts after 4+ visits to the landing page. By building campaigns to generate frequency for both ads and landing page visits.
    Operam also experimented with age groups and noticed the customer was approximately 30+, not 21+ as previously believed. This showed that the older audiences had more disposable income and were more likely to purchase the product.
  • By testing new audiences, opening up age groups and analyzing sales data Operam was able to increase online sales.
THE RESULTS

In 60 days, Lit Method earned over $324k in revenue. Operam has maintained an average ROAS close to 3.0.
